There is so many stop snoring tips out there today.  Some of them really work and some do not.  I have compiled a list of all the tips I found which really works.

  • Sleep on your sides.
  • Invest in proper pillows.
  • If you have a cold or hay fever, take something to clear your nose.
  • Treat any allergies you might have.
  • A mouth guard could be a possible solution.
  • Get yourself into a regular sleeping pattern.
  • If you are pregnant and you snore, rather consult a doctor before using any medication.
  • Stay away from dairy products before you go to bed, it builds mucus which causes snoring.
  • Honey before bed will work wonders.
  • A full stomach is also a big cause, so try to keep your evening meals small.
  • Yes, those sugary midnight snacks also cause you to snore.
  • If items such as anti-snoring strips or nasal spray do not work, consult a doctor instead.
