Snoring Exercises – The Stop Snoring Exercise Program Review

If you have been reading my blog, you’ll notice that I’ve highly recommend The Stop Snoring Exercise Program by Christian Goodman over the others found in the marketplace. However, I have not included within my blog a full review of it, and therefore this posts will be talking about what makes the Stop Snoring Exercise Program so powerful.

First off, this program was never meant for those looking for snoring aides/devices because it is after all, an exercise program rather than a quick fix. This is an exercise manual developed by the author himself using singing techniques that his wife is teaching to her students.

So why is the Stop Snoring Program effective?

One of the main reason why this program quickly became the number one natural snoring remedy on the net is because of this:

You get to laser target the main reason that is causing you to snore at night and subsequently, finding the right solution to it!

Get this, if your throat is causing you to snore and not because of a stuffy nose at night, nasal strips will not help. No matter how you look at it, tacking the root of your snoring is imperative to you winning this battle.

So what the program does as soon as you scroll down from the main index page is to help you diagnose your snoring problem. The author have provided quick and easy way for you to test/check what is causing you to snore at night. It could be either your throat, tongue, nasal pathway, soft palate or even your jaw!

Under each of the “diagnosis”, you’ll be recommended a specified set of exercises that can help tackle your snoring issues. That being said, other exercises in the book can also be very effective at preventing further snoring problems when you eventually have the time to practice them.

How long/difficult are these exercises?

To answer this, you have to quickly ask yourself how bad is your snoring, and how is it really affecting you?

When you wake up after a long 7 hours sleep and felt as if it is still not enough, chances are you’re suffering from snoring pretty badly. The exercises in the program can range from as short as 3 minutes a day, to an hour a day, so if you’re really looking to cure your snore really fast, you’re recommended to go through each exercises to help strengthen various parts that can cause you to snore.

Personally, I was able to lower down the frequency and the intensity of my snoring in 2 weeks time after I’ve consistently practiced the 12 minutes a day snoring exercise (no hard date, just feedback from my lovely wife). But do take into consideration that each and everyone of us are different, and so does our snoring patterns.
